1 unit refers to rooms/apartments that can be booked separately. A guesthouse rented as a whole = 1 unit. An apartment house with 8 separate apartments = 8 units. If you have more than one properties, the number of the total of the units is relevant

We invoice the day after the trial period ends and on subsequent billing dates. The minimum fee is billed for the current month, while the commission is billed for the previous month, as we only invoice for confirmed bookings. In the case of an annual fee, we invoice for one calendar year in advance.
The commission is calculated on bookings received through your own booking system and Channel Manager, not on iCal or your own blockings. For fixed-price plans, no commission is charged.
We only recommend the bonus package for off-season periods if you want to maintain the connection with booking agents. We can manage one connection per accommodation free of charge, so if you cancel and then restart the subscription, the reconnection fee will be 30,000 HUF + VAT.
