Billing and subscription

Our all-inclusive setup service is not mandatory up to 10 units. The setup is mandatory and costs 320€ from 11 units onwards
No, hosting is included in the price.
Beginner or pro hosts, Airbnb hosts, or property managers who wish to manager their bookings with ease.
If you use online card payments with your direct booking system, the service provider Stripe charges a transaction fee of 1.5% + 85 HUF for those bookings. For the billing module, you need to subscribe to the Billingo Basic and API invoice generation Basic package, which costs 3,080 HUF + VAT. The integration cost for dynamic pricing software is available on their website.
We invoice the day after the trial period ends and on subsequent billing dates. The minimum fee is billed for the current month, while the commission is billed for the previous month, as we only invoice for confirmed bookings. In the case of an annual fee, we invoice for one calendar year in advance.
The commission is calculated on bookings received through your own booking system and Channel Manager, not on iCal or your own blockings. For fixed-price plans, no commission is charged.

If you choose the $14 + 1,9% commission plan, we include the commission ID on the invoice, which can be matched with the bookings on the admin page.
Yes, you can embed Appartman into your website as a booking system, or even replace your existing website with Appartman if it has become outdated.
You can subscribe in the My Property > Billing and Subscription menu of the admin interface by providing billing information and a credit card. Subscription is done through the reliable Stripe international payment service provider.
Yes, you can suspend the service by switching to our Start plan. According to our General Terms and Conditions, only one OTA synchronization setup is free. Each reconnection costs 90€ + VAT.
